From the moment you arrive at Boracay, you will be hawked by vendors
offering jewelry, trinkets, and other handcrafted goods. Throughout
stations 1 through 3, there are shops lined across the beach selling a
variety of items from footwear, to clothes, to colorful lanterns. While
it's great fun to discover shops on your own, here are some stops on
your shopping spree that you won't want to miss:
D'Mall
"D" is a common abbreviation in the
Philippines for "the"; but people usually just call this place D-Mall.
As "shopping" is almost synonymous to "the mall", this stop is a
no-brainer. This cute beachside mini-mall is located between stations 1
and 2. Inside is your beloved ATM along with coffee shops, bars and
restaurants. Here are some great shops in and around the mall for you
to raid:
Paulo
This particular branch is the largest of the
others on the island. Inside you'll find a wide selection of swimwear,
sarongs and other great beach accessories.
Crystal Shack
This shop stands out as arguably the
best shop for intricately designed silver and alloy bracelets,
pendants, anklets, rings and other accessories.
Wiggles
This small shop has a fine assortment of
souvenirs and gifts. There are silver jewelry or accessories, picture
frames, paper notebooks and bags aplenty.
Juan Lu
located next to the wet market towards the
back of the mall, this a great shop for native hand-made goods like
dream catchers, bamboo lanterns, wind chimes, rain sticks and the like.
Crafts Department Store
Crafts department store is on the top floor of D'Mall. It's a great stop for essentials along with a salon, Body Shop.
Tourist Center
The Tourist Center is a one-stop
shop minimart for tourists; complete with money changer, pharmacy,
postal and telecom services, photocopier, and internet cafe.
Plazoleta
This small native style shopping plaza is
hailed as the best place for native arts and crafts. Inside you'll find
an assortment of jewelry, sarongs, carvings, bags, lanterns, native
drums, among other rare finds. There's also a shop inside with unique
handcrafted leather bags fastened right before your eyes with beautiful
native adornments.

This is a family-run store located at the Plazoleta where an exciting variety of used books await for you to buy or trade for.

This is a great shop for beautiful
home decors and furniture. Although most of the products are Philippine
crafted, there are a fine selection of products in from Thailand,
India, and Indondesia.

One of the best shops on the island; with a unique selection of lamps, belts, sarongs, and accessories.
Heidiland
This Swiss-owned gem is a surprising
little piece of home for many Europeans that visit the island. It 's
much sought-after for its great variety of European delights with a
mouthwatering selection of cheeses, cold-cuts and international wines.
